HighPoint Support Letter Request Requirements
Below are the requirements for a request for a tender support letter to HighPoint:
- Submit an email / written letter via cs[email protected] and confirm via telephone to 021-54361118.
- Explain the need to make the Letter of Support, related to the time, place and work of the project.
- Provide the requested goods specification data and Bill of Quantity (BQ).
- Provide company profile data as follows:
- Deed of establishment of the company and the valid Decree of the Minister of Justice (if there is a change, please also attach the deed of change)
- SIUP
- domicile
- TDP
- NPWP
- Board of Directors ID card
- SPPKP
- Make a letter of commitment to buy goods from HighPoint on stamp duty 6000. An example of a letter is shown below.
A letter of commitment to purchase the HighPoint goods to be sent in original to the HighPoint office address on Jln. Danmogot km. 12 No. 55 Cengkareng Timur, West Jakarta 11730, to obtain an Original Letter of Support from HighPoint if needed when there is a Clarification of the tender winner.
The process of making this letter of support takes 3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays). This letter of support is purely unilateral and fully from PT. Sustainable East Partners (HighPoint). PT. Mitra Timur Lestari can provide letters of support to customers who meet the requirements for requesting a letter of support and has the right to refuse to provide support to those who do not meet the requirements.
