Yes. HighPoint is required to charge sales tax VAT/ PPN. Sales tax is included in retail price in every item we sell at HighPoint Shop (highpointoffice.com/shop)
Yes, you can request for Tax Invoice for your transaction at HighPoint Shop. Please contact our Customer Care via email, and state your Order Number / Transaction Invoice in HighPoint Shop, along with scanned NPWP (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak) and email them to [email protected]. Request for e-Faktur (electronic tax invoice) must be made within the same month of the transaction. HighPoint will not accept any request for e-Faktur revision that does not comply with Indonesian tax regulation.
For your convenience, we provide several payment options such as Bank Transfer, Credit card (Visa and MasterCard), Installment, In store Payment, Virtual Account, e-wallet and installment without credit card.

Unfortunately, fabric samples are no longer available for order through our HighPoint Shop. Customers are welcomed to visit any HighPoint Center or consult with HighPoint salesperson to get firsthand look at our fabric samples.

Due to high demand some of our product might be out of stock. You can still purchase them, with a delivery lead-time between 14 – 90 days. Please contact HighPoint Customer Care to check on delivery detail of Out of Stock items.
We provide several shipping options in our website such as HighPoint Express, JNE, and other Logistic service company. You can choose to delivery your order all around Indonesia with competitive delivery rates.
Some HighPoint product requires assembly/installation. HighPoint has designed products for easy assembly/installation with manual instruction. For our customer’s convenience, HighPoint provides free shipping and installation for JaDeTaBek area. But if you need to deliver beyond JaDeTaBek, our shipping fee does not include installation. Please contact our customer service for more assistance.
Our shipping rates varies according to the shipping agent that you choose. HighPoint calculates shipping cost according to the Volume (M3) or Weight (Kg) of your order.
HighPoint Express is shipping service by HighPoint’s own distribution and logistics fleet.
We suggest Customers to use HighPoint Express, especially if delivery address is in JaDeTaBek area and total amount of order is more than or equal to IDR1.000.000,-.
Yes, your order will mostly be ship together. But if there is other arrangement, we will communicate with you to find the best solution on how to ship your order.
If your order is in Stock / available, items will be delivered to you in 2 – 5 days after payment has been received. HighPoint staff will contact you to confirm delivery date and time. You can arrange for delivery to be schedule 14 days at the latest from date of payment received by HighPoint. Due to road conditions, please expect delivery to arrive approximately at the agreed time.
Should you need help with installation for JaDeTaBek area, HighPoint will arrange for technician to install your Order 1 – 5 days after your order has been delivered in full.
