WHAT IS @WORK ?
@work is a comprehensive solution for interior design and construction services as well as furniture manufacture for all interior needs from homes, apartments, offices, shops, restaurants, cafes, hotels, to building developers.
@work offers interior design services and all interior civil works from ceilings, lighting, air conditioning, walls, floors, furniture, electricity, electronics, plumbing and sanitary ware.
Each design uses a variety of materials and work. @work always proposes the ideal design for you, but @work also pays attention to the customer’s budget to keep costs affordable. Easy payment system, as well as furniture warranty up to 2 years to help you get your dream interior.

- Tell us about your ideal interior by attaching a floor plan, with actual size of the room.
- If you agree to use @work design services, you only need to pay a deposit of IDR 2,000,000 (two million rupiah) which will later be deducted from the total value of your project.
- @work Team will conduct survey at your place.
- @work Team will provide Design Concept and propose Design Fee according to total design area within 4 working days.
- If client agrees with the Design Concept, client pays the Design Fee, and @work Team will create a design with @work 360 Design Experience within 7 – 14 working days (depending on the total area). Maximum design revision 3x.
- If client approves the design, @work Team will immediately estimate the project value for furniture and interior works within a period of 7 working days, and client must pay design fee so that @work team can start doing interior work drawings.
- If client agrees with the project value provided by @work team, and includes all furniture and interior works, then client will get 50% refund from the design fee that was previously paid. Refund will be converted as Advance for interior works and furniture.
- Furniture and interior works will start after the client pays a down payment of 50% of the total project value.
- The second payment of 40% from the project value must be paid when project reaches 50%,
- Remaining payment of 10% must be made before project handover.
The IDR 2,000,000 deposit is intended as a deposit for @work to start design process. The deposit can later be used to deduct the project cost.
If you change your mind or cancel using @work design services, but have already paid a deposit, we will convert IDR 2,000,000 (two million rupiah) into Store Credit which is valid for online purchases at HighPoint Shop website. Deposits must be exchanged no later than 3 (three) months from the date of cancellation. After 3 (three) months, the deposit is automatically forfeited.
3D designs can only be sent after the customer has made advance payment for the project.

Yes, we provide custom furniture services for all your needs.
Yes, warranty for custom furniture is 2 years.

Custom furniture production takes around 14 – 45 working days.

@work Design Lab is a place for interior design and construction consultation, where you can consult your dream design, experience @work 360 Design Experience and choose the right kind of materials with recommendations from @work interior designers all in one location.
You can visit @work Design Lab at HighPoint Building, Jl. Daan Mogot Km.12 No. 55, West Jakarta.
@work Design Lab is open every Monday-Friday, 08.30 – 18.00 WIB, Saturday at 08:30 – 15:00 WIB.
You can consult and discuss directly with @work designers, see interior material choices and experience your designs virtually with @work 360 design experience.
@WORK PAYMENT SYSTEM
Payment by cash is divided into 3 stages;
- Stage 1: Before the project starts, the customer is required to pay a down payment of 50%,
- Stage 2: After the project runs 50%, the customer is required to pay the remaining 40% payment,
- Stage 3: Handover / 100% progress, the customer pays the remaining 10% of the payment.
@work accepts payments via bank transfer, credit card, and 0% installments.
Just inform our team that you want to pay in installments, @work team will help arrange your installment payments.
You can pay 0% installments with a period of 6 – 24 months.
