RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are confident that you will be satisfied with your new HighPoint product. If you are not or you think you have ordered the wrong item, we will accept return within 14 days from the date you received. Returned item has to be, in good condition without defect, with complete hardware and in original packaging for full refund. Charges may apply, should returned product fail to meet the required condition during return. We will send you a label to attach to the original packaging and assigned shipping agent will pick up the item to be returned. You will be charged for return shipping and other applicable charges.

Upon receiving the returned product, HighPoint team will inspect to confirm if product is in good condition. Charges may apply for damages from product returned. HighPoint Customer Care will provide photo to verify damages and inform charges to you. We will issue HighPoint Reward Points in the amount that you have paid for the product (excluding shipping cost) and notify you by email when refund has been processed.
