  1. Fill in the form in @work website at THIS LINK<\/span><\/a> or chat in @work website highpointoffice.com\/shop\/en\/design-build\/<\/u><\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Tell us about your ideal interior by attaching a floor plan, with actual size of the room.<\/li>\n
  3. If you agree to use @work design services, you only need to pay a deposit of IDR 2,000,000 (two million rupiah) which will later be deducted from the total value of your project.<\/li>\n
  4. @work Team will conduct survey at your place.<\/li>\n
  5. @work Team will provide Design Concept and propose Design Fee according to total design area within 4 working days.<\/li>\n
  6. If client agrees with the Design Concept, client pays the Design Fee, and @work Team will create a design with @work 360 Design Experience within 7 – 14 working days (depending on the total area). Maximum design revision 3x.<\/li>\n
  7. If client approves the design, @work Team will immediately estimate the project value for furniture and interior works within a period of 7 working days, and client must pay design fee so that @work team can start doing interior work drawings.<\/li>\n
  8. If client agrees with the project value provided by @work team, and includes all furniture and interior works, then client will get 50% refund from the design fee that was previously paid. Refund will be converted as Advance for interior works and furniture.<\/li>\n
  9. Furniture and interior works will start after the client pays a down payment of 50% of the total project value.<\/li>\n
  10. The second payment of 40% from the project value must be paid when project reaches 50%,<\/li>\n
  11. Remaining payment of 10% must be made before project handover.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Why do I have to pay a deposit of IDR 2,000,000 (two million rupiah) for the design to start?” tab_id=”1484056430132-f06cc1b5-a7ca”][vc_column_text text_larger=”no”]The IDR 2,000,000 deposit is intended as a deposit for @work to start design process. Deposits must be exchanged no later than 3 (three) months from the date of cancellation.
